Here at Knight Hammer, we understand that price is a big part of the buying decision and want to be open and transparent about our pricing structure. It is uncommon in our industry to share this information, but we believe that by making our costs, expenses, and prices transparent we will earn the trust of our Clients, Employees, and Community. 
 
That being said, we are not the right lawn care and landscape company for some potential customers. If someone is looking for price discounts, bartering, or price-matching… Knight Hammer is not the service provider for them.
 
We utilize standardized pricing on all the services we perform. We strive to make a financially-sustainable business that can serve our Customers far into the future. We aren’t the lowest price in town, but we certainly are not the most expensive. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our efficiency within the company in order to give our Customers the best price possible.

Pricing Summary of Popular Services

Mowing Service: Starts at $40.

  • Can / will vary depending on the square footage of the turf, obstacles, etc.
  • Includes Mowing, String Trimming, Edging of concrete, Blowing of any debris from surfaces.
  • Does NOT include Shrubs or Bed Maintenance.

Shrub Pruning Services:  Varies with shrubs

  • Priced per shrub based on size: Small $5.00, Medium $6.75, Large $12.00
  • Pricing includes clean up and disposal of debris off-site.

Mulch Installation: Starts at $110 / cubic yard (Wood Mulch)

  • 1 inch depth – Approximately 300 sq ft
  • 2 inch depth – Approximately 200 sq ft
  • 3 inch depth – Approximately 100 sq ft
  • Pricing includes Delivery, Installation, and any clean up fees
  • Rubber Mulch is available, but is a higher rate due to material costs.

Bed Maintenance: Starts at $75 / hr

  • Weeding of Flower and shrub beds. Majority of weeds removed by hand, remainder knocked to ground/mulch with string trimmer.
  • Stone beds will not utilize string trimmer as this can fling stones and cause serious damage or injuries
