We care about your satisfaction. Many companies will say the phrase “satisfaction is guaranteed” so often that the meaning is lost or diluted. We treat your lawn as if it were our own and strive to provide the best possible service to ensure your satisfaction.

If you are not satisfied, we will return to correct the problem at hand. If you are still not satisfied, I will pay a competitor of your choosing to fix the problem.

When I say satisfaction guaranteed, I want you to be satisfied, guaranteed.

We will arrive at your property in professional uniforms. We are going to use professional lawn equipment. When finished, the crew lead is going to go through our check off list to ensure that the quality was absolutely thorough.  The last item on that check off list reads:

“Is the client’s gate locked or secured?”

If we notice your dog’s water bowl is low, then we are going to fill it up. If we see an empty trash can out by the road that needs to be brought back to the house, then we are going to do that too.

If there is ever a need to change your service schedule, you will receive a text alert update, as well as an email update.

If you call us, we’re going to answer our phone or return your call as soon as possible. We’re easy to get a hold of and easy to work with.
